Liked: Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable
Disliked: The elevator broke and unfortunately my wife has issues with a knee and had to walk down 3 flights of stairs.

Liked: This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel, and it always impresses us. The breakfast is good and check in was easy. Our room was clean and had everything we needed.

Liked: The location was convenient and the property very beautiful. The inside of the hotel was nice as well. We truly enjoyed the pool!
Disliked: The breakfast was absolutely horrible! Mini pancakes that stuck together and some burnt. There wasn't much effort put into preparing breakfast for your guests. I've been to cheaper hotels with a much better breakfast selection. Also the bed was nice but your head sinks down while sleeping and your pillows easily slips between the headboard.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courageous... the room was really big and clean, but the thing that I loved the most was breakfast and all the variety... Definitely staying here again.

Disliked: Noisy above my room and I stay here a lot always ask for a room facing the lake always an excuse why I can’t get it but a couple hours later a certain race gets that area never staying there again.
