Liked: Most of the staff were nice. But the the one lady that works mornings at the front desk always seem to have an attitude.
Disliked: My bed had nasty stains along the sides and when I asked to switch rooms the bed in the other room also had stains. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in it.

Disliked: The parking was a bit awkward. The lot was wherever parking could be found. (in a shopping center lot)

Liked: The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and room was clean!
Disliked: The TV didn’t work in our room, they moved us into a different room, the TV in that room didn’t work either, but finally a third room later the TV worked. However the AC in that room was faulty, it rattled all night and the temp wouldn’t stay steady. I didn’t bother complaining about that though given all the issues we had with the TV.

Liked: We loved the spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: We had a double queen suite and everything was great with the acception of the sheets on one of our beds. It was so rough that my kids were complaining how scratchy they were. However, the sheets on your bed were fine. I'm not sure what this was about, and we should have called to have them changed, but...
