Great location but expected better.

Liked: The location was great since we were in Dallas for my husband’s surgery at Baylor hospital which is nearby. There are also lots of restaurants in the area.
Disliked: The handicapped accessible room was nice but small. The shower temperature was very difficult to control and did not drain well. The floor got soaking wet.

Liked: The staff was very professional and friendly.
Disliked: The shower was dripping and the water was not hot. It took a long time to warm up, very annoying.
