Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was awesome!

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Passable

Liked: I couldn't change my reservation and they would not let me rebook for a different day.

Disappointing

Exceptional

Liked: Everything, from the front desk clerk, to the king suite, they even have a entire floor just for breakfast. Must stay while in Dallas. Will stay again.

A pleasant place to stay.

Liked: Everything, the staff, cleanliness, service, comfort, ease at check-in, parking, and last but not least - breakfast.
Disliked: Just one thing, the walls between our room and our neighbors were really thin. We could hear them and they could hear us.

Disliked: Stayed in the king studio room I could hear videos playing from the room next to me. Walls are thin. Could hear when they were in the shower as well.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The walls were paper thin. I could hear everything my neighbors were saying and doing.

Liked: The room is clean. The AC doesn’t seem to work well. The location is next to a hospital. They raised the price because of the icy weather, they know people will have to book due to work. Not worth $249/ night
Disliked: It’s too noisy. Couldn’t get any sleep until 1 in the morning.
