Liked: The property was beautifully decorated, and the room was exceptionally accommodating. I particularly appreciated the full kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. The high ceilings added to the sense of spaciousness. Sean at the front desk was not only courteous and helpful but also impeccably well-dressed, which added a touch of professionalism to the experience. The housekeeper went above and beyond to ensure the space was impeccably clean. The breakfast was a highlight, with a daily rotating hot meal prepared by staff at a live station, offering a different, delicious dish each day.Additionally, the pet-friendly policy, with no extra fees, was the primary reason for choosing this property, and it certainly added to the overall positive experience.
Disliked: While my overall experience was pleasant, there were a few aspects that could be improved. Some of the cabinet doors had laminated pieces that were peeling or sticking out, and the finish appeared to be a quick, unfinished job. Additionally, during my stay, I encountered two cockroaches, which I believe likely came from neighboring units. While not ideal, I understand this can happen in shared spaces. I also noticed that the staff at the front desk, while friendly, occasionally dressed in a more casual manner, which seemed inconsistent with the level of professionalism expected at the property. These details aside, the stay was overall enjoyable, but addressing these points could enhance the experience significantly.

Disliked: Hot breakfast was not hot. Coffee wasn’t hot. Very disappointing. Threw it all out.Leak in bathroom sink. Water all over the floor.Woman at front desk was lovely. Nice room and bed.

Disliked: No phone in my room, every time I asked for something at the desk I had to ask again an hour later.
