Very good
Liked: Nice bathroom, water pressure is very strong, and two beds.
Disliked: Too long to walk to the center of the city and the breakfast is okay.

very convenient for the Boston...
Liked: I attended a meeting in Boston convention centre. The hotel was only 8 min walking distance from the venue. This was a big advantage. The room was very good, clean, well maintained. The reception staff was very good, helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast spread could be better. As a policy, the hotel gives a credit of 25 dollars per day which is to be consumed in the restaurant or hotel market. This is restrictive. I could use the credit for my laundry bill, if allowed. Management may think about it.

Amazing, was sad to leave...
Liked: The breakfast was delicious, the staff was extremely accommodating and nice. There was a MASSAGE CHAIR in the lounge. SOOOO GOOOD. I also came in with my pup, and they offered me a dog bed + treats. Loved that extra attention and care!
Disliked: Got an allergic reaction to the body wash.

Nice hotel terrible staff
Liked: The building was clean and nice, but the attitude of the staff is the worst I have seen in all the years I have traveled
Disliked: The problem is with the parking that costs extra for a Valet Parking service, but the two people who attended me at the reception had a terrible attitude, the first one who did the check in gave me erroneous and incomplete information related to the parking, the rates and the Valet Parking. I felt like it went against me, because with the couple that was before me, they were extra nice and even gave them a special view in their room for the same price. The second one I asked to kindly explain to me how the service works because I did not understand where I should ask for the car again, and with the worst of the attitudes he told me "what part do you not understand" and had a terrible attitude, he treated me with the same disrepute as she treated the valet parking guy, from my perspective perhaps because we are foreigners. In short, I do not think that anyone should be treated like that, much less hotel clients, just for that reason I would never return.
