A good choice for anyone...

Liked: Overall the hotel was maintained well, had a adequate breakfast included with the room rate and the staff was friendly and helpful where we had questions. The room was of a great size and included a mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink with filtered water for drinking, plates, silverware, etc. Also, the TV included in the room as large and easy to view. Finally the location is great, as it was just across the street to the east of the Mall of America (if that was one of your destinations) also, it was just minutes away from Interstate 494 and close to the Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport.
Disliked: A couple things that need improvement, (1) the need to pay $12.00 + tax for parking when almost every other hotels in the area included parking for free. Even to find this additional requirement to pay for parking on the web-site was not obvious and should be stated-up front with the room rate (need to search through room amenities) as I was caught off guard about the need to pay when checking-in! (2) The carpeting in our room was in need of cleaning, as we accidentally spilled some water on the carpeted area and used a white paper towel to soak it up- it came back a light brown - not good.

Out stay was ok but...

Liked: Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly
Disliked: Over packed pool, went back after 10 and same unruly group of people who were drinking at the hot tub we’re still sitting in and around it. It was unusable do to them. Staff talked to them about drinking glass bottles and when staff left they continued drinking there. We left pool area after 20 minutes like others. Room seemed smaller than picture on web site.

Liked: The hotel was located in very close to attractions place.
Disliked: Even you book very expensive hotels rate but still have to pay 12 dollars per night for parking feed that I didn't expected. They need to replace new bed and I book for king suite room but the bed was just about full or queen size. Moreover pillow was so uncomfortable to sleep and every morning when wake up my neck feel sore. Other than that the breakfast was decent
