Disliked: Needs facelift

Liked: We were tornado survivors looking for shelter. Their systems were down, but they didn't let that stop them from taking us in. I am eternally grateful
Disliked: Pool was closed. They felt all the debris in the water was a hazard. Imagine.

Excellent team running the hotel!

Liked: Excellent staff especially Jacob the manager. Hotel is beautiful and well managed. Best hotel breakfast I have had in awhile.

Liked: location, clean and bright, I like the decor and the beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: some things are starting to look a little worn, they put us in a room where a painting had been ripped off the wall, supposedly just the night before. The desk clerk wasn’t very helpful when my reservation had a glitch and had me go online myself to fix.

Disliked: Pillows were horrible. Four of them, but all flat as a pancake. Check in was difficult because the clerk couldnt find my booking.com reservation.
