Liked: Such a great value for your money! Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and awesome pool/hot tub!
Disliked: The heat went out in our room overnight. We didn’t realize it until we woke up in the morning to our room being 63 degrees. However, I called down to the desk and they had someone up to the room within minutes! They fixed it right away!

Liked: Great location next to the park along the river and close to downtown.
Disliked: Need another staff member helping at breakfast. Staff were working hard but another person needed to help keep everything cleaned and stocked.

Disliked: $55 for a pet?! That’s pretty ridiculous, especially when it’s not clearly stated during booking. $10 to park seemed pretty petty to me as well. That should be included in the total cost.
