Liked: Room was great, kitchen amenities were lovely, very good breakfast.
Disliked: $55 for a pet?! That’s pretty ridiculous, especially when it’s not clearly stated during booking. $10 to park seemed pretty petty to me as well. That should be included in the total cost.

Liked: The Element is lovely. The lobby is clean, inviting, and comfortable. The rooms are totally adequate, and the overall property is perfect for families.
Disliked: The pillows are terrible. The staff is overworked during the morning breakfast rush. I know staffing these days is a challenge, however you need to devote more help to the food prep staff during the breakfast rush.

Disliked: They charge a $10 parking fee that wasn’t disclosed until check in. The tv in our room wasn’t working upon check in and the front desk person sounded surprised that I wanted her to come look at it. The pool left is itching like crazy and there was a layer of dust on all the shelves and dishes and baseboards. The breakfast options were minimal and only one choice for a hot breakfast
