Worst customer service - left...

Liked: Nothing. I was refused a room and they would not honor my reservation even though I had a receipt of my reservation and kept showing the front desk attendant, Enock. It was going on 3 in the morning, middle of nowhere mountains and I was turned away from the hotel even though I had reserved and paid for my room. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! it's a miracle I survived the night ...in my car. Imagine if I didn't have a car! I did not feel safe and had zero help or support from the front desk attendant. Also, I never got reimbursed for the roughly $300 I spent on a room that the attendant refused to give me. Will never go here again.
