Liked: We went to see a show at the Fox Theater. It was literally right across the side street. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: Two of the electric plugs didn't work that we needed (1 in the bathroom, which also controlled the vanity light and the other for the coffee pot). When the front desk was notified they immediately got on the problem.

Excellent all around!

Liked: Easy booking! I reserved a king bed but confirmation listed queen bed. Quick call to Element and my room was changed to king bed. Staff was wonderful, breakfast that was included was great. Best coffee ever. And, the mattress was so comfortable. Really happy all around. Thank you!

Liked: Close to the venue we were attending. The bed was comfortable. Room clean.
Disliked: The front desk very rude people. Remote control in room no batteries for tv. No silverware,no glassware and only gave us 1 plate . No hand soap at bathroom sink. Missing Ice bucket. Had to call front desk to even find out what floors had ice. Front desk said they close the lobby at midnight and we were sitting with family just talking quickly . Parking was confusing with the ticket and codes to get in and out of the very right parking deck.

Disliked: I was very disappointed this morning when I arrived in the breakfast room, at 9:20 a.m. to find that there was nothing to eat or drink people were running in all directions looking for bread, a cup, coffee, fruit juice. And in the kitchen the gentleman who was there was very disobliging, after having served an omelette to a lady at 9:30, in turn he told me that it is 9:33 the kitchen is closed. I insisted, he refused. I went to the reception, there was a lady named Jazz (very friendly) she went to see the cook again he refused, she told me that she was going to talk to the manager about it, while waiting to go at the level and have breakfast and that's who will pay. I thanked him and told him I couldn't accept this.
