Liked: The atmosphere was wonderful. Clean rooms, bathrooms, friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.

Liked: It was a elevated continental breakfast, was hoping for some meat and eggs.
Disliked: Did not like the curvy drive way to the parking deck

Liked: It was easy to locate and not to far from the State Farm Arena where we went to see a comedy show.
Disliked: The way the parking garage is set up is very treacherous. Didn’t like the hug spiral we had to go up to get to the parking deck. And then had to come back down it to leave.

Liked: These people have been charging extra money to my debit card since the day I checked in & until I get an explanation this is my review. I only gave 1 star because there's no option for no stars. Waiting on a manager to return my call.

Liked: We went to see a show at the Fox Theater. It was literally right across the side street. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: Two of the electric plugs didn't work that we needed (1 in the bathroom, which also controlled the vanity light and the other for the coffee pot). When the front desk was notified they immediately got on the problem.

Liked: Easy booking! I reserved a king bed but confirmation listed queen bed. Quick call to Element and my room was changed to king bed. Staff was wonderful, breakfast that was included was great. Best coffee ever. And, the mattress was so comfortable. Really happy all around. Thank you!
