Disliked: Tired and run down common spaces.

Liked: Housekeeping was extremely nice and friendly and so was the valet service even though our vehicle couldn't be parked because of the hight
Disliked: When we checked in the person in the front desk couldn't be bothered. He was even watching videos on his phone. I asked if we could have a luggage cart to bring our multitude of bags upstairs and he said I would have to wait for security. I mean I thought we were at a nice place why do we need a security escort for a luggage rack. It took a total of 6 trips .Our car was to big for the valet (i mean who doesnt use a luggage rack for skis )so we were charged a $35 a day for a service we could not use and no compensation was made . I asked for a community microwave and they brought one to my room . Great right ? I mean that is what I thought but the wiring is such a low voltage that it made all the lights dim to the point of total darkness every time I used it . A community microwave in the ice area would be more ideal. They were remodeling a room, or repainting it , down the all from us . Every time I walked past it gave me a fumes headache for hrs . They encouraged you to text them for service but the response time was not good . Sometimes hrs with no response.

Liked: Prior to my check in I called and requested a 3 check in. Later that morning of check in I received text stating they would conisssr my 3 checkin. Drove 2.5 hours to arrive early and around 2:30 received a text from property that I could checkin at. E. So drive to hotel at 3 and room was not ready. In fact it was not ready until 4. So the text received was misleading
Disliked: Checkin was not as I anticipated. I checked in at 3 due to text received from property stating I could check in at. 3 yet my room was not cleaned yet and they forgot to put my checking in the que. when I went back at 3:30 to check in room availability they said I was not in the que so then they added me. Time was important as our fu action stated at 4:30. We ended up being late since after we got to our room at 4 our luggage which was being held by co nciaier did not arrive until 4:30.

Liked: Location is perfect. We love the lobby and people can relax there.
Disliked: Beds are too small.

Disliked: The restaurant is not as large/large menu as other Heritage hotels we frequent like Monte Sagrado
