Ideal place for a base...

Liked: The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful apart from some of the bar staff

Liked: We loved Elba Madrid Alcala. Very near to metro stop. Best location with a number of shops nearby. Hotel staff were friendly & polite. Beautiful reception, with plenty of space to sit in a corner to enjoy a book or work. Loved our stay.

Nauman's stay at Elba Hotel

Liked: Gym, location, room cleanliness, modern decor and TV and good tasty breakfast value for money.
Disliked: Only coffee quality at breakfast needs to improve a lot. The coffee quality is pretty poor, i stayed for 7 nights and everyday i had to take coffee from VIPS resturant located next to hotel. I even complained to breakfast manager.Rest everything about this hotel is super perfect.
