Disliked: Rang months in advance to get a roller bed in the room ,was told upon arrival that they don't do roller beds at all so we had members of our group sleeping on the floor Booked a high floor 6-8 months in advance but got a room on level 8 with view of parking garage not ideal on newyears eve when staying in with Kids

Liked: NO smoking and no casino to pass thru. Great mall attached for short and food. Spotless facility and large room

Comfortable stay with a convenient...

Liked: The room sizes are spacious and the common area for the two bedroom villas were perfect for a family of 7. The daily cleaning was a plus, because the rooms were extra clean.
Disliked: We called ahead of time about early check in, they said it was available, then we could not check in until 4:05. The front desk seemed irritated every time we asked, we brought refrigerated supplies.

Excellent Stay in Las Vegas!

Liked: The staff were all very friendly, the room was very clean and spacious, and the location was great. It was nice to be close to the strip, but not in one of the busy hotels that attract lots of crowds. The kitchen and laundry machine in the room was also very handy, as was the Starbucks downstairs.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything.

Great stay, bad view towards...

Liked: Closer to the strip. Laundry room provided.
Disliked: The view towards the garage. No access to monorail nearby.

More an apartment building than...

Liked: large room, with jacuzzi bath & shower, microwave, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. Large window that lets in light but without occupants being visible from outside.
Disliked: Reasonably clean room BUT mystery brown substance on shower/bath wall (poo/blood/or what?) and not serviced one day. Telephone and TV controls looked dirty. // No restaurants - only a Starbucks, so no food available unless Uber it in. // Parking a nightmare unless pay for expensive valet parking. Alternative self parking not clearly signed and staff had no map/guide to help. Even that is charged per day: if you can find it in maze under the building. Valet staff helpful as can be but staff overall lack customer care skills: an atmosphere of indifference & hate it if point out a fault (and then don't act on it as in case of poo/blood/whatever on shower wall)..
