Liked: I was a little taken aback when they told us where our room was. We were 10 feet from the restaurant and band stage. The room was nice, but the noise was a little over the top. I called and requested a room change, which Patrick (owner) respectfully and immediately accommodated . The new room was nice but you could still hear the noise, just a little less. It was a good thing we were only staying for one night. The location was great , room was beautiful but if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, this would not be it.

Liked: Perfect location! Lots of amenities on site. Comfortable bed, nicely decorated room. Good coffee in the room. Reserved parking was a nice touch.The owner was really helpful at check in…
Disliked: Noisy. Old house you hear everything! Filter in mini split needs to be cleaned… allergies on high alert. Took forever for the hot water to get to the room at the end of the hallway. Early season, so no drink menu at the bar along with a seemingly uninterested bartender (outside).

Liked: Love Elaine’s, beautiful property. Close to everything in town. Check in/out was quick and seamless! Was visiting for Valentine’s Day, they surprised us with a cute heart teddy bear and rose on the bed absolutely loved it!
Disliked: Nothing

Nice place would consider staying...

Liked: Proximity to Washington Street Mall Area. Historic old building well kept and clean.
Disliked: Checking in and out. Could not find anyone to check-in and had ask waitress in bar for help. Once the gentleman came he was very pleasant and Check-In was easy. For check out we could not locate anyone again wound up just leaving keys at hostess desk for bar. Reminded me of bed and breakfast without breakfast.
