Very good

Liked: It was a well situated boutique hotel and there was parking which is nice. The restaurant and bar was in the facility. They did have wifi but at that time it was having some issues, but otherwise it would be perfect.
Disliked: Issues with the internet only

The spa treatment makes it...

Liked: Loved the spa treatment
Disliked: Mattress is not so comfortable for a spa hotel. There is a nightclub across the street, so had trouble sleeping on a friday

Incompatent Manager, who said SORRY...

Liked: Had to ask each day to turn on hot water and connect the internet.
Disliked: We asked for a taxi to the new airport NLU but the driver took us to the old Airport , even though we told him 3 times he was heading in the wrong direction.As a result we had to buy new tickets at 3 times the price and arrived in PV after 14 hours instead of 3 hours. It was so late into PV that we had to get a hotel room in PV.The driver blamed the hotel and when I phoned the hotel manager she said that we never told her or the driver the name of the Airport. The hotel manager, a very young woman did not fix the situation and we had to pay over 12,000 pesos for her mistake and missed important meetings in PV!

Beautiful Place

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good food at restaurant. Quiet. Comfy bed. Huge rooms.
Disliked: The regular coffee available in the morning is terrible. However, the specialty coffees are ok.

Liked: I never give a 9 so take that as a 10 rating. The place was clean and unique, a sort of colonial industrial effect, I loved it

Disliked: Some of the rooms have very old appliances, toilets etc that sometimes don’t work.Hot water comes during selective hours

For one night it was...

Liked: Location and staff.
Disliked: The beds weren’t comfortable they were very hard and the lights in our room didn’t work we had to use our phone torch to walk across the room and use the lamp in the corner. No window in our room made it feel a bit too dark even during the day.

One night in Puebla

Liked: The room was lovely and with a massive, comfortable bed. The staff were really helpful, and spoke English which whil.not necessary was appreciated. Location was perfect, just 5 mins from the centre of town.
Disliked: Nothing

Beautiful boutique hotel

Liked: Beautiful small hotel with full restaurant service, ideally located 3 blocks from the zacalo. Staff were very helpful and some spoke English. Included breakfast included fruit, juice, coffee and rolls, although a full breakfast was also an option.
Disliked: Very few outlets in room to plug in electronics. Had to unplug a lamp to free an outlet.
