Liked: Location and staff.
Disliked: The beds weren’t comfortable they were very hard and the lights in our room didn’t work we had to use our phone torch to walk across the room and use the lamp in the corner. No window in our room made it feel a bit too dark even during the day.

One night in Puebla

Liked: The room was lovely and with a massive, comfortable bed. The staff were really helpful, and spoke English which whil.not necessary was appreciated. Location was perfect, just 5 mins from the centre of town.
Disliked: Nothing

Beautiful boutique hotel

Liked: Beautiful small hotel with full restaurant service, ideally located 3 blocks from the zacalo. Staff were very helpful and some spoke English. Included breakfast included fruit, juice, coffee and rolls, although a full breakfast was also an option.
Disliked: Very few outlets in room to plug in electronics. Had to unplug a lamp to free an outlet.

Liked: The atmosphere with all the greenery was very relaxing. The breakfasts were top-notch! And the beds were super comfortable.
Disliked: We picked this hotel for the jacuzzi and we thought it was included in the stay. We didn't notice that it was an extra charge as part of the spa.
