Liked: Room is nicely equipped most furniture is new, there's no breakfast as there's only coffee and a few cupcakes. Great location close to universal studios and warner studios. Many places for breakfast are in the surrounding area, seems like a calm neighborhood. Coworker left jacket and was able to get it back a few days later.
Disliked: As this was a business related stay we cannot receive an invoice even after a week, Hotel does not respond to emails or booking messaging, we also asked for it when we went to pick-up jacket that coworker left.
