Liked: I like the room was clean and seemed new. The place was safe because they close the main gate at night. Main reason why I like the property. Thank you!
Disliked: I reserved a room with a personal parking next to the room but I was given the other side of the hotel where it's the usual parking, I think the garden side.

Liked: The room was pretty spacious, clean, and the front front desk agents were incredibly friendly. Especially the man wearing the beret.
Disliked: Space to park is a bit on the smaller side, but it is manageable.

Liked: Staff was great and very welcoming. Location was perfect for our visit to the Hollywood Bowl.
Disliked: Parking a little tight for a large vehicle but they offer options for them.

Liked: Very clean facilities and the softest bed you could ever want!
Disliked: Small to next to no concern about the shower door...it swings both ways without ever locking into place thus letting some water seep onto the floor

Great place to stay for...

Liked: This hotel was very close to Universal and is the perfect base if you want good value. The area has good restaurants and shops as well. Would stay here again.
Disliked: The area, like most of LA, has a lot of homeless and there is almost a constant drug smell.
