Was a 1 day trip...

Liked: I loved the front desk host Xavier he was super helpful and very knowledgeable with guiding us. Very close by to Universal Studios and love the bed it’s super comfy
Disliked: Everything was great nothing to not like

Liked: The property was very well taken care of, management/staff super friendly and close to the Universal.
Disliked: The odor of the cleaning supplies used on the floors left a behind an “off” smell.

Great location, excellent staff!

Liked: I had a couple of quirky requests and unusual circumstances, and the staff was extremely helpful and gracious. They really went out of their way to help me and make our stay pleasant!
Disliked: The room was clean but it was a bit spartan. There is enough room for a sofa, coffee table, easy chair, etc, but there was none of that in the living area.
