Liked: Unfortunately we got stranded in a snowstorm and arrived late. Parking lot was not plowed and we had to navigate across deep snow and slippery steps to our second floor room
Disliked: Room was cold when we arrived. Took a while to heat up once we adjusted the temperature

Convenient & decent place for...

Liked: Location was perfect for an overnight a stopover on a long journey. The town was worth exploring, had some history & had a variety of restaurants & stores. Hotel room was spacious, with good heating for a very cold night outside. Parking adjacent to the room.
Disliked: Room was priced a bit over the market price for that location & time of year.

Liked: The room felt very clean and was obviously maintained well prior to us arriving. The check-in process was also really smooth.
Disliked: For the price we paid (which matched the expected price when we booked), I expected more than just a plain room. I felt the price was higher than what the room was worth but then again, it was also a tourist town.

Liked: A really nice hotel here - I looked it over before I booked it and I expected it to be about the best in Williams, and I was proven correct - very very happy with everything about my stay here
Disliked: There's nothing not to like here - great place

Liked: Clean, simple, good parking, lovely location, really nice staff. Really good value for the money in a small lovely town.
