Liked: The ambiance was Good Ole Route 66. Precisely what we were looking for on our cross country trip. Likely we shall book a room there again.
Disliked: The sidewalk on the street just abeam the office has an unexpected slope that is a bit daunting for a disabled person. i recommend you discuss this with the city.

Liked: Lovely fully equipped modern room. Easy to find, good parking. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Useful place to stay whilst visiting the Grand Canyon and Route 66 and Bearizona.
