Cozy and relaxing Christmas eve...

Liked: Really quiet and clean in the middle of downtown Palo Alto. Upgraded to a nice suite beds very comfortable, blackout curtains, nice and dark. Good room service breakfast the next morning. Plush robes, nice big closet. Hot chocolate down in the lobby, and not the mix your own powdery stuff. It was pretty delicious. Coffee service on each floor in the morning. Pretty special.

Disliked: Didn’t like my room location, it was as far from the elevator and stairs as possible.

Liked: Friendliness and readiness to help in unusual situations, above and beyond.
Disliked: Room food service. Food was horrible. Poorly made. Incorrect food delivered. Sometimes not delivered at all - no kidding.
