A unique and charming place...

Liked: This was our second time staying here. It is a unique spot. When you enter off the street, you are transported into a beautiful self-contained world. For an ideal visit, I would recommend blocking out some time to stay and hang out for a few hours in the outdoor courtyard and surroundings. The 24-hour access to the pools is a nice benefit. The staff are gracious and helpful.
Disliked: It would be nice if the continental breakfast was available earlier. Coffee and tea are available very early, so that is not an issue. This is a very minor complaint.

Liked: We enjoyed the spa, hot springs pool, relaxing music in the public areas and the decor. I had a magnificent massage. The spa garden was beautiful. They have a large chess set outdoors on which my husband was able to demonstrate the rules of chess and some example moves. We had a wonderful time.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Wanted to love the place...

Liked: We did like mineral hot spring water in the pool. Nice decoration. Great benefit to having ice water and lemonade on the kitchen 24/7. Friendly stuff
Disliked: Please warn your guests you have a lot of cats on the property because some of the guests could have a bad allergy like myself. The main reason to choose our stay was a beautiful garden and saunas. Whose had been occupied by cats and had a very strong cats urine smell. The room has 0 soundproof, and we had a hard time sleeping. There were also no windows in the room, and it was very hard to breathe 😢. We tried to leave the door open, but then cats tried to sneak in the room. There is no cleaning service and changing towels for the next day. We stayed for 2 nights and used the same towels, which had a stain on one of them. Jacuzzi contains a large amount of chlorine, which gave me terrible rashes. We love the area and visit it very often. This time, hotel experience ruined our mini vacation
