Liked: Beautiful ground and great rooms. Very relaxing.
Disliked: Some of the bar staff need to be reminded of their role.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and courteous, Property is beautiful and well maintained. Room was big and comfortable. Restaurant and bar very nice.
Disliked: Jacuzzi tub in room didn’t work, water in pool was cold, hot tub out of order

Liked: I liked the natural layout of the entire property. I liked the cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: I didn't like that I attempted to reach the resort several days in advance of trip to ask of a possible earlier check in or at least to store my daughters gear(she's a forest wildfire firefighter). When again reaching out by phone day of reservation, i was then told it wouldn't even be guarunteed until after 4pm.I checked Booking.com and all I could find was 0000 check in and out which I'm guessing means Booking doesn't know what time check in is either. I don't expect all hotels to bend over backwards, but I clearly sent this message request through your site and the resort failed to communicate. The whole precheckin was stupid to appease me. I just had to do the same thing again when they finally contacted me to say room was available. Though I plan to go to Taos many more times and bring friends and family, I sadly will not ever choose this establishment again.
