Overall it was a great...

Liked: Beds were comfortable, everyone was friendly, pool area was a highlight for the kids.
Disliked: A little dated, shower head is very close to the wall and not adjustable. Toilet ran constantly unless the tank lid was removed.

Pleasant esthetically and great restaurant...

Liked: The design and architecture were very appealing and inspired. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was superb.
Disliked: I was woken at least a couple times a night (for the 3 nights I was there) by an incredibly loud icemaker down the hall. I couldn’t get my thermostat above 66 and there was a gas stove to supplement but I don’t use those for fear of carbon monoxide poisoning. I went to the bar one night and there seemed to be a lot of confusion and disagreement amongst staff members about a couple of drinks (not mine), seemed like they didn’t have their act together.

Liked: Room was spacious, quiet and beds super comfortable.
Disliked: Not a lot of parking so had to work with valet. You had to walk outside to reach main office and other areas of the hotel so cold for a winter trip.

Liked: Expensive, but excellent breakfast. Housekeeping was excellent & responsive. Beautiful property & facilities.
Disliked: Yoga was complementary, but not notified that the location was moved to the ballroom. Instructor had to bring mats, etc from upstairs. Ballroom hadn’t been vacuumed. The hot tub was non functional the entire time. I feel if not available it should have been on the website or told ahead of time. A discount on the resort fee would have been appropriate.

Liked: Great restaurant and bar. Beautifully decorated. Helpful staff. Breakfast in room. Large two person jetted tub in room.
Disliked: Website did not state hot tub was not available for use. Salt water pool too cold. Chose this property for that purpose to relax from work.
