Good

Liked: Quite large rooms. Area is safe + some decent restaurants and bars around. Connection to the historical centre requires metro and/or metrobus transfers and takes ca. 40 minutes.
Disliked: A little bit worn out. There's a newly refurbished section, but we haven't stayed there. Ladies by the reception desk seemed a little bit lost.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great. Hotel is old and has not been renovated in a very long time. Staff is ok. Do not expect excellent service without an excellent tip.
Disliked: Hotel old, lighting was cheap and old. Feels depressing

Liked: Hotel is a bit old but clean, comfortable and well located. There’s a restaurant available.Hot shower works great Very good value 4 money
Disliked: A bit of a noise from the stairs, elevator but maybe it’s because my room was near

Disliked: Hotel needs upgrades--new bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hallway carpeting, curtains, bedspreads and more.
