Liked: Staff is very friendly. The house is a nice colonial style building. It is idealy located in Old San Juan. The open bar is great !
Disliked: Going Up 3 floors with the luggage can be tricky. There is no place to park if you have a rented car.

Liked: The hotel is a beautiful old colonial building in an excellent location in Old San Juan. The staff was friendly and helpful. The moment I arrived they sat me down with a complimentary beverage while they checked me in and took my luggage up to my room for me. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The rooftop is a wonderful place to hang out, take in the amazing view, and continue to enjoy the complimentary alcoholic beverages of your choice.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: Staff are amazing, very welcome, great communication, friendly and fun.Welcome drink was a nice touch as was then carrying bags to the room.Nice historic old building.Roof terrace has nice view and open bar is appreciated.
Disliked: My room had no window to the outside world.The booking said inner court view but there is no inner court view. It’s just a frosted glass with curtains on it inside the building.This meant the room was claustrophobic and is a box room. This should have been made clearer in the description as I’d never book a box room as hate waking up and not being able to see anything when opening curtains.As expected in an old building there’s very little sound proofing so it was a little noisy. But that’s to be expected.No upstairs toilet at the terrace so had to go down flights of stairs to the loo.
