Wonderful, unaccepted, love the art...

Liked: I was a stand by on my flight and did not get on. After 5 hrs of trying to book a hotel during spring break , this hotel had an opening. I was not excepting anything good. To my surprise, this place was amazing. Staff was way friendly and it didn't matter what their job was, they all asked if I needed something . Wonderful I was unable to find the beach access but that was due to myself and phone apps. The pool on site is just fine. I had a meal at the attached restaurant with the $25 discount from the hotel and it was great. They have a new manager and he will raise the bar even more!
Disliked: When I sat out on the balcony, which was great, I had to shut off furnace due to the noise it made

Liked: Nice facilities, well located and outstanding crew service. Ballet parking option very good.

Disliked: Breakfast voucher was shared by 2 people. Restaurant was very expensive. Plus did not like the facility fee.

Comfortable budget hotel walking distance...

Liked: The staff were very helpful any time we needed assistance. And the restaurant food was amazing! So glad to see the improvements made from last year when the hotel was under construction.
Disliked: The only issue we had was related to the shower. The water did not drain well and pooled in the shower. Also, there was barely any hot water to shower with.

Disliked: It is way too expensive for what is offered. The hotel gives you $25 vouchers for the restaurant, which are inconvenient to use. If you eat at the restaurant (not in the room!), you are charged 20% room charge. The building is under renovation, but even the renovated rooms look crappy. The water temperature fluctuated, sometimes being barely lukewarm.

Great place to chill.

Liked: We had a great experience, staff were all lovely and super friendly. Rooms are a good size. WiFi is good. Location of the hotel is great, right next to the beach but far enough away from Ashford AVE where all the bars and restaurants are so you can sleep at night, but close enough for you to walk there for dinner.
Disliked: AC was super cold - bit too chilly.

Liked: The facilities are very clean, the location is perfect for business trips and employees are very committed. Overall a nice experience.
Disliked: Everything was according to my expectations .
