It was ok for the...

Liked: The staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The room was leaking, the floors and the bed stayed wet. I know that we received vouchers for food, but it was a room charge to using the vouchers. The first lady didn’t charge the fee, but the next day the other lady did.

Disliked: The street flooded because is near the Condado lagoon.
