I had to come to...

Liked: Very convenient for parking and walking distance to bart. I was able to prepare small meals as well which was super helpful
Disliked: Nothing. My stay was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again especially for an extended stay.

shoddy

Liked: not too far from bart colma station, sam trans lines a few blocks away. housekeeper very nice.
Disliked: the room was from some last century motel on the i-5, dated and uncomfortable with noisy ac unit. no hot water in bathroom sink (never taken care of after being reported), small part of curtain ripped from railing. tv outdated, bed lumpy, floor in shower cracked and poorly repaired. overall shoddy. ok, for one short night to sleep en route to somewhere better.

Felt mostly safe, comfortable.

Liked: Clean, mostly quiet, easy parking, friendly staff
Disliked: Running toilet, which I fixed, quiet noises from ? Office?, trouble with loud music from car parked near my own car, I had trouble from that woman next day

Fair place to stay if...

Liked: The staff were friendly and the beds were clean.
Disliked: There was a lot of dust accumulated on the fridge and microwave which made me get allergies.
