Liked: The accommodation allowed me to change the dates of my stay. The person to whom I spoke on the phone was kind. Even though I did not see any staff members around, the keys to my room with clear instructions and a welcoming note were left on the counter when I arrived. The kitchen was very, very tidy, and the toilets were clean.
Disliked: One of the bed sheets had a big stain, and one of the doors in the ladies' toilet did not have a lock. It was also a bit cold, and the duvets were thin.

Liked: Team of 9-10 people. Lovely and friendly staff. Accommodating in letting us come earlier and upgraded us to allow team members to stay together. Wonderful to see the eels in stream. Very enjoyable stay, thank you.
