Liked: The hotel and restaurant were elegant, understated and simply beautiful. Everything had a relaxed vibe, from the colors to the lighting to the textures. Perfectly decorated for de-stressing. The sauna and pool areas were especially peaceful and immaculate. The restaurant was pure perfection and staff members Carlos and Yasmine impressed me each and every day of my stay.
Disliked: There is nothing I disliked. If I had to stretch I would say the mini fridge was a little tight and I ended up puncturing a can when I tried to close it.

Liked: It was clean and well-presented, rooms a little small , but ok . Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection to choose from. The two staff members attending to guests were very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: While the hotel itself was nice and well-presented, the hospitality from the front-of-house staff was disappointing. From the moment I checked in, the welcome felt like an effort. The staff member was unhelpful, and I had to push for basic information.The hotel’s restaurant, which is also open to non-guests, is very popular, and I had booked dinner there. Unfortunately, the unwelcoming attitude continued—not just towards me but also towards other guests near my table. Given the restaurant’s pricing, which is quite high for the location, I expected a better experience. The food was okay, but slightly overpriced.Overall, while the hotel and restaurant are both nice, the front-of-house team needs to significantly improve their hospitality to match the standard expected at this level
