Exceptional

Very elegant Hotel, very good...

Liked: The team is super kind and gentle and professional on the same time. They were really suoer, in every single occasion.
Disliked: The breakfast is actually ok, but they could surely emprouve the offer, for both sweet and salted choices, eggs and bacon, a great classic, was frankly under the average for a 5 stars hotel. As well for the ice cream, we did order it with room service, really nothing special, quite tasteless.

Disliked: OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE ROOM WAS SMALL AND DIDNT HAVE ANYWHERE FOR MY WIFE TO DRY HER HAIR .nO MIRROR AND DRESSING TABLE

I hope they can renew...

Liked: The location , stuff, cleaning
Disliked: It was expensive compared with the level of the hotel , the left was not working and they couldn’t fix it during the Christmas holidays!
