Amazing price and location

Liked: Everything was great price was amazing. Staff was great location terrific. The cable car drops off right at the doors
Disliked: The bed was hard and uncomfortable and it does move from the wheels. I fell off at one point.

Totally fine

Liked: The building was old, but in a charming kind of way. Location was really good if you want to spend your time hanging around in the Mission but not pay Mission prices. Also accessible to all other parts of the city because of easy public transport. Room was kind of small, but that was expected.
Disliked: No A/C, so I would imagine it would be much hotter in the summer. The neighborhood, depending where you walk, can be a little rough but you should expect that going to SF regardless of where you're staying.

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were kind and direct. i like the layout of the building as i actually found it kind of fun to navigate to my room. The room itself was clean and well situated, its an old building with a lot of charm and it really has everything you need, especially as a solo traveler only staying 1 night. I canceled my reservation at Yotel SF to book with Edwardian for a much MUCH better price, no crazy deposit, and it was actually closer to where i needed to be. It was the best decision i ever could have made for my trip as it ended up saving me well over $150. It really was an important part of my first time in SF and i wouldnt mind staying here again sometime, i may even book it again just to recapture some of the time i spent here, it was special and an important step for me as a beginner traveler.
Disliked: The only negative thing i will say isnt even the hotels fault, there are a lot of sketchy people that come out in that area at night time, Market street as a whole is a completely different scene after the sun goes down so if you're going to be out late at night, you may want to take an uber back depending on who you are.But the hotel itself is a beacon of light if you do happen to be walking back on a late night, once you enter the doors, you know you have reached a safe place where you can relax

Liked: The lady at reception was very nice
Disliked: I accept it’s an old building but the room (No47) was freezing, with one noisy electric heater that didn’t heat the room. There were many small flies in the bathroom and the bed linen was stained

Clean, reliable, good value

Liked: Location, cleanliness, coffee.
Disliked: Full and not queen beds, no AC (in all of SF apparently) and noise from street as ithe windows were open with record high temps.

Disliked: Micro room, no space for suitcases. Very small uncomfortable bed.
