Liked: Everything was great
Disliked: Call the hotel direct before booking to make sure you get the room type/view you want. The photos are all the same, management is working with Booking.com to fix that.

Disappointing

Liked: The place was awesome, near to road, but quiet. A small beach just next to appartement
Disliked: Well...where to start...I loved the place,but when we entered the appartement (I don't have to mention it did not have sea view, but that I already read on internet so I would only be nicely surprised if we had it)...what a disappointment...the appartement smelled very badly, I had to clean all kitchen equipment in order to use it...and the bathroom...that was the worst...not having it windows it was humide all the time and once a day we had visits, unfortunately I have to say there was a cocroach, only one per day, not a nest or something like that, but there was one...so not really kids or family friendly...I can imagine that place as a good spot for having parties , but if you run the business, you should invest these money (and we paid not a small amount of money here) ..back to the business and here I did not have that feeling that running business is a responsibility...well...to finish positively..the place has atmosphere but that is not thanks to the owners...

Wonderful waterfront room with its...

Liked: Wonderful waterfront room where we hunkered down for 2 days to see through Hurricane Milton. We were the only people at the lodge so we had the place all to ourselves. Regardless of the storm, we still were able to sunbathe and swim on either side of the hurricane passing.
Disliked: No complaints whatsoever. Understandably - since there were no other guests - the reception was not always staffed; this could have been a problem if there was a power outage.

Disliked: The room wasn’t clean. No housekeeper went to clean or chance towels

Stayed lots in past will...

Liked: Location excellent from room deck. Pool very close to HWY 1.
Disliked: Matress was small nit even queen size. Too small for 2 nornal sized adults

Highly recommend!!!

Liked: We stayed in the room with the ocean view and it was really breathtaking. Can’t beat that price for a view like that. We enjoyed seeing the sunset from the balcony and my little one was able to see crabs and all sorts of fishes from there. Room was very clean. There was an amazing bbq food truck in the facility that made the best Tamales I have tried in years. I give the staff a 10/10 super friendly and accommodating. The waitresses from the food truck would even bring my take out food directly to my room door so we didn’t have to get out of the room to pick it up. It’s little things like that make a difference in a guest stay. We can’t wait to come again in the near future.
