Disappointing

Liked: Beach, pool
Disliked: We got a room with a clogged toilet and a telephone that did not work. After our complaint, the toilet was fixed only next day, but the telephone was not fixed at all. We paid for the room $1350/day. Very disappointing.

Beautiful beach hotel in Naples....

Liked: Beautiful and clean . Easy beach access and great staff
Disliked: Our bed was not as comfortable for a hotel at this price point

Enjoyable apart from breakfast experience

Liked: We had dreadful breakfast service. They seemed very understaffed or just inefficient! Latte arrived cold and hot choice took forever to arrive. I complained bitterly but to no avail.
