Liked: The staff were amazing , housekeeping prepared my room daily. Eric at the front desk is the very best he went above And beyond for me.as my husband was in the hospital he,, made sure that I got into the cab safety and that anything I requested restaurants directions and any questions that I hadAll front desk staff were very good but Eric was a stand out .He deserves a accolades.
Disliked: I didn't understand the heating system.

Comfortable stay in a lovely,...

Liked: Modern, clean, thoughtful touches and close to amenities. It was ideal for my short stay helping to settle my daughter into accommodation nearby. The reception team were very friendly and helpful and the room was beautifully clean with a fabulous view of the New York skyline.
Disliked: A small fridge might be useful.

My trip was very relaxing.

Liked: The receptionist on February at the Desk when I got there at after 3 in the afternoon was very helpful and welcoming. Needed to book an extra day and he went the extra mile to help me do so.
Disliked: Can not think of anything .

Liked: Very clean room, well organized with efficient storage cabinets, nice view of city, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
Disliked: Small room, but ok for short stay.
