2 weekends fine 3rd NOT...

Disliked: Stayed 3 weekends. 1st 2 were fine. 3rd week shower in room broken (stuck on extremely hot). Instead of offering me a diff room they assured me it would be fixed. Never was. Had to bathe in pool. Politely asked for a full refund and mgr Michael V. says all they can do is return my $76 amenities. I'm on the hook for the other $600 since I booked on booking.com. oh well live and learn.

Liked: Very nice hotel, friendly staff, unique design
Disliked: I thought it was on the beach, but its not. It is only a short walk though.

Had to bathe in pool.

Disliked: Stayed last weekend. Shower stuck on extremely hot setting. Front desk assured me it would be fixed. Was never fixed nor did they offer me a different room. Really? Had to bathe in the pool. Oh well. What do you want for $300 a nite. A shower? Good luck.

Disliked: The toilet hadn't been cleaned in our room, it was used and not flushed. Room lock was broken, our room Keyes didn't work after several trips to the front desk. We had a 4 month old baby we had to get settled and organised for bed. Staff member who come to let us in the room was really unhelpful and rude. We were due to have an engineer come along and fix the issue, this never happend. Reported the issues to the reception staff on Fri morning who Informed me the manager will either call or email that day to discuss further. No call or email has been made by management....not a hotel I would recommend.

Just an amazing hotel in...

Liked: Lobby of hotel is beautiful, room with balcony overlooking the gulf was amazing. Breakfast was good. Pool was great and the infinity pool was awesome. Watching the sunset from the infinity pool was incredible.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little repetitive.
