Liked: The hotel coffee shop and restaurant offer good quality breakfast and reasonably priced meal.The room facility is new, well designed and very clean. Since we are to join the function held in the Hotel conference, it was very perfect for our stay. This hotel is located next to the University of Birmingham, and private schools, so in the midst of peaceful and safe vicinity.

Liked: Location for University excellent. In lovely surroundings.
Disliked: Laundry truck woke me up outside my bedroom at 6am on a Saturday morning.
