Superb
Liked: I loved the location. The beds were so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious. My room was very nice and clean. The rooms were also very quiet which was lovely. I had a great stay
Disliked: The showers are not very accessible. You have to open the door to turn on the shower and then when you close the shower door water gets on the outside of the door. This to me looks like bad planning and design.l I wish there had been a fridge in the room also

An exceptional stay with friendly...
Liked: The friendly staff (Angela, Julianna, and Rhonda), clean rooms, and quiet location made the stay enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and all facilities met exacting standards. I had an excellent stay at Edgbaston Park Hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the facilities were top-notch, and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The hotel’s location was perfect for my needs: peaceful and well-kept.
Disliked: Nothing to note—everything met expectations.

Change of dates ɓecame expensive
Liked: the hotel and room were fine. breakfast was very good
Disliked: I changed my stay by a week. Booking.com charged me nearly 200 £ extra for the two night stay. So I ended up paying close to 200 £ PER NIGHT! So my stay ended up being expensive

A Modern Classic Hotel
Liked: The hotel was stylish and modern with older buildings off the main site that you can stay in too which I didn't know! The staff even kindly upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. The rooms were clean and immaculate and in the building we stayed in each room was named after a famous artist which was cool. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive outside of the city centre but getting an uber that was really cheap. The staff informed us on entry that our room wasn't ready but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to make sure we had our rooms sorted for us as we had places to be which was really kind. The bed was really comfy and the room was a decent size too. The hotel is also right in the heart of the uni campus too.
Disliked: I didnt appreciate that our rooms weren't even ready past 3pm which is the stated check in time but the lady sorted us out with rooms that were ready.

Exceptional luxury, private and peaceful
Liked: The Renoir suite in the Garth House was exceptional in oppulence, comfort and cleanliness. The luxurious facilities made our stay dream-like. The grounds were a peaceful break from the nearby bustling city of Birmingham. The breakfast was superior in variety and quality. Staff were conciencious and always happy to serve. We hope to visit again.
Disliked: Nothing.
