Nice hotel for a quick...

Liked: Great location on a beautiful stretch of beach, away from the crazy part of south beach! Hotel is good for the price point, the nicer hotels are like 3x price (faena, edition, etc). Breakfast is also very good!
Disliked: I didn’t like that the spa amenities were not included for guests, but were included for nobu hotel guests. I would just book a room at nobu hotel for about the same price, maybe a little more to access all the amenities

Liked: beautiful property
Disliked: room had no shampoo, took over an hour to have some delivered, almost missed dinner reservation at ocean social and could not reach the restaurant to change reservation but had to put credit card down to be charged for no show/late fee

Liked: Staff was good, young but good.
Disliked: Pools were cold this time of year. Maybe consider keeping pools and hot tubs open a little later. Room service was great, thank you.

Great stay made perfect because...

Liked: I can't say enough good things about the amazing staff during this visit. Specifically Maria and Neisha who went above and beyond during my check-in to correct an issue for me. They deserve special acknowledgement for going the extra mile to ensure I had a wonderful stay. I absolutely appreciate what they were able to do for me and will be staying at the ER again in the future specifically because of what they were able to do for me. Thank you!
Disliked: I wish my stay was longer!
