Great stay made perfect because...

Liked: I can't say enough good things about the amazing staff during this visit. Specifically Maria and Neisha who went above and beyond during my check-in to correct an issue for me. They deserve special acknowledgement for going the extra mile to ensure I had a wonderful stay. I absolutely appreciate what they were able to do for me and will be staying at the ER again in the future specifically because of what they were able to do for me. Thank you!

Liked: The beach area was nice and I had a fab margarita at the bar. Cafe Ines - food was great, and very good service
Disliked: i was disappointed, the pictures looked better, the room was old and dated, especially the bathroom, felt like I was at the hospital. The staff was not super motivated and the whole hotel was strange - combined with Nobu, not sure where one started and the other ended

Great hotel- excellent room and...

Liked: View was amazing and the staff was great. Location was great although we had to take Ubers to get anywhere- it's basically one long hotel strip so there aren't a lot of convenience stores, etc. around.
Disliked: The pools are completely shaded by the afternoon. It was hard to get a seat at the pools that stayed in the sun longer. Umbrellas couldn't be used because of the wind. Pool service was slow because they only had one server per section, but the staff was very nice and accommodating which made up for it.
