Great stay and would recommend,...

Liked: The atmosphere great and having access to Nobu's menu was great. The bar area had a fab atmosphere which was not at all pretentious. It was relaxed and fun. Great facilities and ambience in the hotel. Very helpful front desk staff too. Excellent location. All staff were warm and friendly. Value for money was good.
Disliked: In-room dining took around 35 minutes which was long.

Liked: The location was great - as was the concierge service - Jelena in particular was so lovely and helpful. The beach is also beautiful.
Disliked: The rooms need an update - and the balcony was smaller than pictured.

Liked: The beach was beautiful. Management dealt with issues fairly.
Disliked: The room was dirty when we arrived. There is a $35 dollar charge for umbrellas on the beach. We couldn’t get sunbeds on the beach 2 days out of 3. Staff were rude.

lovely and good value

Liked: rooms were huge and very nice. lots of f&b options.
Disliked: pools are in the shade all day. drinks and food at the beach took forever - but it was new years week.
