Okay for a night or...

Liked: Location is good if you understand correctly how to use it around Disney parks.
Disliked: Beds were hard, room was small, they do not offer soaps in room or things like that. It was a loud area at night.

Very good

Liked: Clean room, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Easy walking distance to Disney Resort. Our room had a great view of trees lit up and the fireworks at California Adventureland.
Disliked: A lot of street noise. Use your silicon earplugs. Towels need a refresh.
