Beautiful but cautious

Liked: Facility is awesome. Location is understandable and build ready w/24hr Sheetz(fuel, food and drinks). Very close to Cigar Lounge(D&S Cigar) as well shopping outlet(Tanger), but experience negative interactions on my nights stay. My wife's birthday(she wanted to try this resort); couldn't get a meal at either on-site restaurant. Staff appeared overwhelmed and rude. I just enjoy the restaurant the night before. Manager was to busy addressing same complaint with other guest. After spending over $500 for 2 nights stay and $150+ in the restaurant; I figure it'll continue to be great. I was turned away for food, but offered drinks. Shower had no hot water do to down boiler. Manager never contacted me. I've called off booking for my family in April. Best to visit during the week as opposed to weekends.
