Liked: Great location and hotel stayed open all the time so could come and go as pleased (Very good perk).
Disliked: I noticed the gravel rooftop area outside my window was quite dirty, had leftover food etc outside on the floor which wasn't too nice to look at. Other than that inside the room was in a good, clean state :)

Fantastic location especially if you...

Liked: The hotel location near to the train station, metro station and diamond sector was fabulous. Lots of food choices near by and shops. Got the metro to go out and about. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good once they found English breakfast tea for me! The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The walk in shower was good but flooded out a bit.
Disliked: We saw in the reviews the rooms were cold and that was true considering it was March the outside temperature was warm. There was a small electric oil filled radiator which helped but was too small to heat the whole room and the bathroom was cold. We managed ok and it was better on the second day once it warmed up but wouldn't like to be there mid winter.

Disliked: Cold room, had request extra heaterStaff member delivered portable one to room, he was helpful/polite. Other staff on devices, asked too many personal questions/ over familiar!Maybe changes in staff? Last yearsStaff were okay! My rest/sleep wasdisturbed by a guest playing music, loud talk,smoking outside my window. Maybe a referral from Council ServicesI raised issues as occurred 4 times!Late PM,Early AM,Early Hrs. Appears2 staff didn't record. Manager not available. Room change problem for me ie. mobility,packing etc. Staff offercoffee.1 complimentary b'fast was apoor response. I sought part refund of 79.40 euros. REFUSED! Staff attitude of OK's,did best were POOR!!I was informed by staff that the guest in 9 was moved,not resident, but I saw him by the entrance smoking! Staffshouldn't comment on his poor hygiene, health ( I had noted this for myself/aware. I felt uneasy/unsettled during my stay, I WILL NOT MY CUSTOM THERE FOR 3RD TIME! )
