Starting from 1977 the hotel has been expanding its buildings one at a time and connecting them together hence the maze of halls to each room and not one room being the same as the other. Very good

Liked: Staff was great and helpful. Was a bit noisy on the tram line. Very comfortable room. A few minor things like no robes, no hooks for used towels and a bit of mould in the bathroom.

We found nothing to like...

Liked: The location was good - next to Remblandtsplein where there were numerous cafes and a tram stop.
Disliked: The bedroom was gloomy with poor lighting. The superior twin room was small. The twin bed mattresses were basic. The hotel completely lacked atmosphere and comfortable areas to relax

Okay

Liked: The location was good. Staff were nice.
Disliked: Room was too small. We asked for slippers they only had one, we needed two. There was no tooth paste or remote control for the TV. Breakfast was very basic. Overall for a four star hotel our expectation were not met.
