Price is right for a...

Liked: People were very nice. Room was very clean. Place was a nice little gem in small town Taylorville. Price was fantastic, and the bed was comfortable. Didn't use the shower or fridge or microwave. In town for a wedding and then left early.
Disliked: She had just cleaned the room so there was a VERY strong smell of chemicals. Better than a very bad strong smell. Once we returned from the wedding the room was fine. TV was great and I was happy they had Direct TV

Liked: I like the simplicity and comfort. It is homey.
Disliked: People in the room next to me were there my whole 4-day stay. Looks as though they live there full time. They had loud kids playing outside my window at 9:00 PM, and the kids were yelling and bouncing off the walls until midnight. Staff could have asked them to be more quiet.

Liked: The only thing I like about this property was the shower head. The shower itself was disgusting, but the head provided nice pressure.
Disliked: Everything. Towels were old thin and dirty looking. Bed pillows were thin and uncomfortable and the entire room could have been much cleaner. Very over priced for the quality of the property.

Exceptional

Liked: We got a great room for a family - it had 3 beds which was amazing. A larger-size room gave more space for our group of 4. Bathroom was in excellent condition and heat/air conditioning was modern and easy to control.
