Poor

Disliked: They are remodeling. We asked for 2 rooms close together on ground floor. We were told they only had 1 room on ground floor. One room would have to be upstairs. The room upstairs was in terrible condition. After trying to work out a solution with the desk clerk, I finally told her "My next option is to contact PayPal to cancel payment." They have a no refund policy. Suddenly, they had 2 rooms side by side on the ground floor. It might be nice once they get it finished but no coffee even in the lobby and an uncooperative desk clerk would still turn me off. Also, I had an emergency at home and had to leave after 2 nights. No refund for the third night. Don't stay here.

Liked: The bed
Disliked: Water pressure was terrible, not enough electric outlets, tv remote stuck on HDMI, couldn't change channels, big hole in bathroom ceiling

It was just okay

Liked: Hard had any let go outlets close to bed. A light was broken on side of bed they had an Extension cord for Electrical on the other side of bed. The air didn’t work all that well. Had to walk away to room and it was on Second
Disliked: No elevator for the 2nd floor did like going up and stair all the time on 2floor

It was ok

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Not a good area

Location is only good quality

Liked: Location is it's only redeeming quality. ft desk person is really kind.
Disliked: room definitely could use a good cleaning and update. A lot of sketchy looking people. very noisey.

Never stay there again

Disliked: No tv remote, then tv wasn’t working when given a remote,moldy shower curtain, left over wash rag hanging on shower curtain.

Bloody awful

Liked: I didn’t like anything about this property
Disliked: The staff was not very helpful and to extend the stay or make any changes, there was only one manager that could do it at specific times. The place smells horrid and it’s not at all clean. Never again in my life

Get what you pay for

Liked: I like the price buy I definitely got what I paid for. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Bed was extremely rough... scary vibes. Definitely kept my door locked looked a little like a hotel in a horror film. Also there bath tub didn't have a limiter.
