Disliked: Limited towels, no soap, not very clean

Disliked: Owner coming in room while still occupied

Disliked: Nothing everything was well.

Liked: Was very polite and asked it was anything we needed to let them know room was comfortable and cozy and everything we needed
Disliked: Everything was fine and there’s no complaints

Pleasant

Disliked: Our first room we were given had the door lock broken, and the toilet seat was broken. Asked to be moved to a different room. The new room had a lock, but the bathroom door wouldn't close, but due to a police man arresting a man outside our room, my husband put an end table in front of the door for the night.

Liked: For the price, this is without a doubt the best hotel around. It’s 16 miles from Texarkana so I stayed here to stay out of the city crowd and riff raff. Had everything you need and very quiet location. Will be staying here again, in fact every time I make my trip there. The owner is very nice and accommodating.
