Cockroach motel Paradise.

Liked: The front desk lady would not give us a return after 5 minutes of checking in. Everything in a room was broken including the TV stand bathroom door coat hanger on the wall and really chair for the computer desk had two wheels instead of five. There was multiple living cockroaches in the first room. They scattered when we turn the lights on. The floors were very dirty also. I booked it online and paid cash in person. Later that night the hotel charged my card the same amount of money. Luckily my card was turned off so the transaction was denied. Hotel lady tried getting double the money.

Disliked: The room was nasty, under the bed look like they never get under there to clean it. The tub was nasty just the whole stay made me and my man uncomfortable.

Disliked: Cable not hooked to tv. Smoke alarm not hooked up. No trash can. Staff n/a to checkout. No tp after cleaning room.

Liked: Nothing these people were rude the lady at the front desk called me white trash and the janitor swung a broom at my 16 year old son … all because we checked out and left at 1130 instead of 11
