Horrible 30 plus minutes to...

Liked: Customer service was good, beside getting back with me about no remote in room
Disliked: No email for service desk to reach to find my RSVP, No cash app cards-which was my form of payment. Brought snacks had spend $10 because no change for $20! Got to room no remote, and was promised one and never received it.

Liked: Female staff was friendly and knows what she's doing.
Disliked: Dark and damp. The room had a mold smell. No breakfast just coffee.
