Disliked: I reserved two rooms, one for us and one for our friends. They arrived earlier than we did and were not permitted to check in even with the reservation number.

Disliked: bed was uncomfortable, felt it could be more cleaner. No coffee maker in the room. Even though it was advertised as breakfast included, no breakfast was provided. When I asked about it the staff person said it was mentioned if I scroll thru the comments.

Disliked: There was absolutely no breakfast offered. The pillows were terrible! Night staff was dressed as if she was going to bed in a dumpster ( gross)

Disliked: not clean. Toilet rocks. we're told they'd have it fixed while we were out, but that didn't happen. Furniture was all scraped up. Ice machine did not work.
