Superb

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Couldn't take a bath as the tub plug didn't work. Also, we couldn't figure out how to get the shampoo to dispense in the shower. Had never seen something like it before. Had requested 2 extra pillows when booking was made, and there were only the normal 2 on the bed
