Disliked: I didn't like the mold on the curtains in the room. I didn't like that the property didn't have any clean towels or washcloths for guest. And it wasn't even that day in the past month I've stayed their for work on several diffrent occasions and was not provided with clean towels and wash cloth. When I was offered the floor mat to use as a towel and washcloth they were dirty. They were no accommodations for them not having the proper necessity. Staff was rude and not helpful. The curtain in the rooms were completely filled with mold. The curtains were broken and unable to close properly from broken hinges. The furniture were all broken and the draws in the dresser had ducktape attached to keep the draws closed. The adhesive wore off so the draws remained open. The faucet in the bathroom for the si k was broken and loose causing water to go everywhere when using it. Only 1 light worked in the room. The shower curtain which I'm assuming is supposed to be beige was dirty with watermarks. There was mold on the ceiling. The floors were sticky and dirty. The freezer in the refrigerator was caked up with frost and brown. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The remote did. Ot work for the television. The plastic on the beds ate all ripped and unkempt. The entire experience was horrible. Not to mention the doors could not properly close as it was so dented that when closed the top part of the door poked out. When asking the staff for towels and washcloth the staff told me there's nothing they can do they do t have any. I asked why would they not inform guest of that prior to then checking in and they stayed silent. The key to the rooms did not work. The staff had to physically use a key to let me in and out of my room at each time.

Liked: Nothing, even the lady at the front desk was rude.
Disliked: Not one towel in the room, drawers wouldn't stay in the dresser; they kept sliding out, im able to go my hdmi cord up to my labtop at every hotel/ motel I've ever stayed in except this one. The lady at the front desk was not too inviting. She looked like she hated her job. The place was terrible, I prefer motel 6 in branford with a smaller TV and smaller bed than this place. I was debating on leaving once I saw the outside, but we were already there, so we stayed, but if I wasn't tired, I would have left and gotten another room somewhere else.

Liked: Stayed here a few weeks prior to this day maids were nasty rooms were nasty cleaned the room myself this time I went to stay again they want $100 for esa dog I showed them the proof that he's a esa dog and they told me his policy but on the site it says 10$ fee but told me100$
