Stuck on the 4th floor!

Liked: The elevator broke on our first night there and the other people staying there said it was a common occurrence. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and when they fixed the elevator they changed our room to the first floor just in case it happened again. Very appreciative but the next time I’m in town for a school reunion I will pay the $50.00 difference a night and stay someplace else!

Never again!

Liked: Breakfast was sparse, nothing to write home about! Had much better offerings at other hotels.
Disliked: TV did not work, on pixels on screen when turned on! Hair dryer did not work! Was given passcode for Wi-FI that did not work! Hotel guests? with young children allowed to run wild in hallway. Elevator needs maintenance!!!

Disliked: Very Pricey

Run do not stay here...

Liked: The room was dirty the atmosphere when I checked in was raunchy look like a crack hotel
Disliked: Took a shower soon as we checked in the room flooded into the room below us so we ended up having to check out this hotel and go find another room. The telephone had ashes from a cigarette on it.

Disliked: Towels smelled like grease .very little breakfast choice juice machine didn’t work. Ice machine didn’t work. Add had dead roaches in room

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: That hotel was a permanent stay and there was urine in the elevator. Not worth the price I paid. Lighting was horrible also. I can go on about it.

Fine but wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Cleaner than expected; good location
Disliked: Too many dogs!!! The room beside us had a dog that literally barked for an hour until its owner came back. 2 pit bulls almost got in a fight in the lobby on our way out to dinner.

Passable

just passing through , good...

Liked: the front staff, the rooms wer renovated, and very clean.
Disliked: the first floor was FEMA displaced people, so the lobby and continental breakfast was over run . but, i understand these are people who were dispaced and it was temporary. there were plenty of places to eat localy and some within in walking distance.
