Liked: My room was ready when I arrived late
Disliked: No ice in ice machine. Noisy hallways after 20 pm

Liked: The rooms were clean, the shower had nice pressure.
Disliked: We were forced to move rooms late, and we were told by someone we could have an extended check-out time and then the cleaning staff told us that wasn’t acceptable, so I had to pay for another night. I don’t think I should have had to pay another night when we were told we could stay longer before checking out.

Superb

Liked: It was a clean pleasant stay
Disliked: Had a little bit of issue with my TV not working properly & the shampoo was empty

Disliked: The female staff that I met was very nice and welcoming. She helped me with my logistics and I was very impressed with her attitude.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly. Super good manners, very polite and helpful. Room was warm and felt safe.
Disliked: We stayed 4 days and the room was never cleaned once. And never gave any toilet paper.

Bad

Exceptional

Liked: Recepcionists were super-friendly and helpful. Accommodations were clean, complete, comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and was open many hours. An excellent value.
