Liked: Staff was extremely friendly. Super good manners, very polite and helpful. Room was warm and felt safe.
Disliked: We stayed 4 days and the room was never cleaned once. And never gave any toilet paper.

Liked: Recepcionists were super-friendly and helpful. Accommodations were clean, complete, comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and was open many hours. An excellent value.

Liked: Nothing. They put us in a very tiny room. I booked my stay online. They kept charging me $7.50 per day. And when the night auditor came on. My taxes were already taken out.
Disliked: Front desk night auditor made me late for work starting he needed to see my actual card. THEN! WAS TRYING TO WRITE MY CARD INFO down staying he needed it to type in. I said no. You can do that now while I'm here. So not take my card info down. Next day. Front desk charged me for a double room at their rate not my reservation rate. She called the owner strong he cancelled it but it's still sitting at pending. Them took the payment for my room from bookings.com her so called head housekeeper came in yelling pointing her finger at me, telling me to shut up. Glaring me down. Calling me names. I told her that I'm sick of my card being over charged. And her so called housekeeper needed to go tend to her job and not stand there talking down on me. Called me "girl". Racist. Meanwhile. Our room was dirty, smelling like mold and sour sweat. Dirty floors in carpet and I'm the bathroom, dirty mirrors, NO INTERNET ACCESS even though it's stated Internet. Yeah right. Their bathroom was dirty as well. Shower stall had black drippy marks down the walls. Black marks above, stained from not being cleaned from previous guest. Soap scum & ring around inside the tub with hair. Do not stay here. I tried to cancel but was going to be charged so I had to stay the next 2 days. My money better come back on my card for being over charged every day. That's unauthorized use of guests card. Never in my life have I ever been treated this way of being told you turn around while I'm headed to work to make me late. Their employee trying to say he needed my debit card info. and my Debit card being taken advantage of by taking money off. I'm calling the better business bureau. Bookings.com said their owner would receive an email saying unacceptable. They cancelled my reservations for the rest of the month. I've been traveling for 12 years. Never, have I gone thru what I have. You don't go and argue with the customer.
